Hello, I'm Jeremy ZUÑIGA

Regional Managing Director

Jeremy was born in San José, Costa Rica and raised in the Caribbean region of this country. He began his carrier in the tourism industry as a naturalist guide. His passion for the industry led him to a variety of opportunities for growth as he worked in various companies throughout his career. His knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility allowed him to be promoted to the sales and marketing department where he has since been working tirelessly.

He firmly believes that teamwork is the key to success not only for a corporation but for one’s personal life. JZ or Jere as his colleagues refer to him is a father of an 11-year-old boy, his wife is a professional photographer and an animal lover. They both have 7 dogs that they rescued from the streets that are now part of their family.

Local Attraction: – He loves going to the rainforest and does birdwatching; he also likes to hike in the national parks of Costa Rica’s Caribbean.

Recreational Activity: Spending quality time on the beach with his family.

Restaurant: Carnes y Parrillas Restaurant, a famous steakhouse; he also loves seafood

Local Event: Tamarindo Art show, an event in which many of the local musicians gather every year on the Tamarindo beach to play their music.



Hello, I'm Yendry SANCHEZ

Yendry Gabriela Sánchez Villegas is a 36 years old Costa Rica native, a proud wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. She was born in Heredia but has been fortunate to live in various places, among them Guanacaste, a province that carries a special place in her heart, not only for its natural charms but for the people and everything they taught her.

With hard effort, Yendry managed to complete her studies as a young mother. She has centered around the social behavior of the community hence why she became a Counselor. She considers this career to be very versatile as it encompasses all areas of the human being, all of which have allowed her to thrive in various professional areas. Her vast experience has allowed her to develop as a human being with undiluted principles of order, which have qualified her to work in IVI DMC. Here she has been deemed as part of the family, and Yendry is grateful for being granted the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

Local attraction:

She enjoys visiting coffee shops and restaurants to sit and enjoy a delicious cup of our Costarican coffee.

Recreational activity:

Yendry's favorite activities are spending time with her family and friends, discovering new places, and dedicating time to her pets. She also enjoys going for walks on sunny afternoons during a fresh December breeze. She would also love to be able to visit another country soon.

Restaurant:

She does not have a favorite restaurant in mind, although Yendry enjoys having dinner with her friends once a week to share new experiences.

Local events:

Yendry and her family partake on their annual trip to Central Pacific, which is when her kids are off school.

Arelys, who was born on January 10, 1981, is a passionate mother and dog lover who adores nature and its beauties. Arelys studied Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Photography, all of which have become part of her life and essence. She also considers herself a music writer and fanatic. Although her studies are centered around the artistic field, life has led her to the tourism field, where she is privileged to work for a prestigious company. She has worked in different areas that range from coordinating groups and events at the Hilton Hotel to coordinating operations where she currently works. Arelys has always regarded herself as a millionaire because she was born in a country rich in biodiversity and full of peace. She is hopeful that people at some point in their lives can get the opportunity to live this happiness and peace when visiting Costa Rica.

Local Attraction: She enjoys visiting the beaches of Guanacaste.

Recreational Activity: Arelys likes to share her spare time with her 7 dogs, a cat, and 2 turtles. She is an art fanatic and fancies painting with watercolors and oil colors.

The Costa Rican government had already set a goal for the country to become carbon neutral by 2021.
